The Honorary Doctorate nomination investment is $1,500. This investment includes the three required courses: Biblical Interpretation (Rightly Dividing the Word), Biblical Finance and Stewardship, and Biblical Mindset and Mental Health. It also includes academic credit for each course, a certificate of completion, publication of the Biblical Interpretation final assignment in the EACU anthology at no additional cost, honorary recognition, and participation in the commencement ceremony. Additional commencement weekend experiences are announced each year.
Nominations and course enrollment must be completed by August 20. Courses open January 18. All three courses must be completed by October 15. Commencement is held the first weekend of November. Honorees who do not complete their courses by October 15 will move to the next year's class.
Academic credit earned may be applied toward an EACU degree. Other institutions may accept these credits at their own discretion.
Refunds follow the EACU Refund Policy until the first course begins. After the first course begins, the nomination investment is non-refundable.
The Honorary Doctorate is an honorary recognition and is not an earned academic degree.
